Job Summary:

Bai Zhen Tang USA Co. Ltd. is a dynamic and forward-thinking Food company. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department, manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and ensure a harmonious work environment.

  2. Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations.

  3. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching to managers, and facilitate employee development.

  4. Training and Development: Plan and conduct employee training programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.

  5. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

  6. Compensation: Evaluate and update compensation and benefits to remain competitive in the job market.

  7. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, EEOC regulations, and other applicable employment legislation.

  8. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

  9. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.

  10. Conflict Resolution: Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary issues with discretion and fairness.

  11. Records Management: Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files and documentation of employee-related activities.

  12. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus).

  • Proven experience in HR management or a related role.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, enabling effective communication with suppliers around the world.
