Regional Sales Manager - NY

Location: Remote, New York based.

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Bai Zhen Tang USA Co. Ltd., you will be a vital part of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, driving sales, and fostering positive customer relationships. Your responsibilities will also include effective communication with suppliers around the world, making English and Chinese language skills a crucial requirement. You will play a critical role in ensuring a memorable and satisfying shopping experience for all our clients. This job is currently remote. You will be overseeing NY operation. With the possibility of working in a New York Office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

2. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our Food products/services and closing sales.

3. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our Food products/services, stay updated on new arrivals, and effectively convey features, benefits, and differences to customers.

4. Point of Sale: Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area.

5. Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is attractive, organized, and all Food products are properly displayed.

6. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking shelves, and report inventory needs to management.

7. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support as needed.

8. Supplier Communication: Effectively communicate with suppliers around the world, requiring proficiency in both English and Chinese.

9. Loss Prevention: Follow company policies and procedures to prevent theft and maintain store security.

10. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, provide assistance when required, and contribute to a positive work environment.

11. Promotions and Upselling: Promote sales and special offers, upsell complementary Food products, and encourage customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or relevant sales training is a plus).

- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English and Chinese, enabling effective communication with suppliers around the world.

- Customer-focused with a strong desire to provide outstanding service.

- Enthusiastic, energetic, and a willingness to learn.

- Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry moderately heavy items.
